Ebezor Associates LLC DBA as Ebezor therapy services is a rehabilitation company operated by doctoral level practitioners, who provide comprehensive mobile onsite and in-house therapy services.
We understand every individual has their own specific needs and expectations. Our treatments are designed to meet each client’s individualized goals so that we can help you rediscover your passion and get you back to doing those things that mean the most to you.
Our practice is a hybrid model as we see patients on a cash pay basis and can also bill those on traditional Medicare Part B and commercial insurance plans. Our providers bring the therapy to you and work to get you back to your full potential. We work throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

About Dr Chibuzor Okeke
Founder: Dr Chibuzor Okeke PT DPT known by his patients as “Dr Chi” is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Rutgers University in Newark NJ in 2002 and then went on to receive a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the prestigious Temple University in Philadelphia Pennsylvania in 2005. He moved to Texas after graduation and has worked in a variety of clinical settings in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
He is married with 3 kids and enjoys traveling, movies, and community service in his spare time.
